Printer Touchscreen does not respond

Color Laser InkJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I haven't used my printer in a few weeks and typically only run it through my house wireless network. Toady I tried to scan a document onto a USB drive and the touchscreen is not responding.

System initializes and goes to the home page, but no functions can be selected.

I don't use my printer in the wired state with my computer, because of restriction on my work computer.

When will I receive a response to my inquiry. I’m getting close to throwing this piece of sh-t in the garbage and buying another brand.
