If you already had this software. Did you execute in your computer the HP Print and scan doctor?

I only have an iPad and iPhone so I don’t appear to be able to load the software you mentioned. I’m very grateful for you trying to help me out and any other suggestions would be really welcome

In apple store has the hp smart, try to download and install.

I downloaded and installed HP smart when I got the printer (which was only a few

weeks ago) and get the error message on about the third or fourth page of printing
