HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP477dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys,

we have a problem with our printer/computer. The problem is online occuring on one notebook, so it may be that this is just a configuration problem. With the HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP477dw the problem appear, that when you print a document with an image (logo) it cuts the last ~15% of the logo. I already tried to change the format of the Word document and it worked some days, then it appeared again. When i convert the document into a pdf. document it works fine like it should.

I think, it is just a problem with the configuration but i can't find the solution. I already tried to uninstall the driver, many settings in word and also tried to print the document turned around so the print was on the other site of the paper, nothing changed. Also changed the format of the logo.

Maybe someone has experienced the same issue and knows a solution
