Printer issue

[KJ2026]

Facing following issues - 

a. when we give print command for  multiple pages, the printer does not print in sequence. For example, the first page prints later, and  second page prints first etc

b. At times, the printer shows a "paper jam" error even though there is no paper stuck inside.

c. 15.4 fuser error

Have already attempted trouble shooting, such as, checked paper jams, restarted the printer and jams, ensured paper been placed correctly etc. 

Please assist in diagnosing or assist by sending a service engineer by tomorrow... Our office timing is from 8:30 am to 5:30 am
