Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I HAVE A HP OFFICEjETPRO8710. IUSE HP CARTIDGES AND GOT THIS ON THE SCREEN. CHANGED CARTIDGE TO A NEW ONE, BUT DOES NOT CHANGE STATUS, THEREFORE DOES NOT PRINT. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE?

What cartridge has been replaced?

 

Below the error message, the cartridge will be indicated with a colored circle icon, with the indicated cartridge C/M/Y/K) - which cartridge is indicated below the error message?
