HP Laserjet 1536dnf mfp

My HP Laserjet 1536dnf MFP is making loud buzzing noise when I turn it ON. I turned it OFF and ON again but it is still giving me the same noise. My printer is connected straight to the power and I did replaced the old inks but the printer is still making the same loud buzzing noise.

What should I do? How do I repair such problem?

please this is urgent, your quick reply to my problem will be very much be appreciated.

The most common cause we find for this is a worn gears. You can tell if you open the cartridge door, then close it and hear the noise. I am not sure if you can buy the fuser drive gear assembly for this printer.

The buzzing noise is likely gears slipping somewhere, either the toner cartridge or fuser gears. Try removing the toner cartridge and closing the door - hopefully the printer should try to run and check for the toner cartridge. If the noise is still there, it's the fuser gears. Replace the fuser.

If the noise is gone when the printer runs without the toner cartridge, then it's likely a defective toner cartridge, but could be the toner cartridge is not seating fully into its spot to fully engage the gears or the drive gears are worn out. I  usually see the toner cartridge being defective.
