Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
Printer not initializing. Please what can I do? I have followed all steps detailed on your platform for solving similar with no result. Could you please assist?

Printer not initializing most of time it means that the formatter is bad needed to be replaced.
Or you can bake it in the oven first it may help.
Yes, bake it in the oven, it's not a joke.
Find bake printer (formatter) on YouTube you'll get many of them.
