Product: hp printer m607 model

my printer hp m607 shows system memory error additional memory error   . error code:10.00.03

I know these issue is related with caritdge but I tried the cartridge on another m604 printer and it works fine .

so what should I do to fix this problem .

please help me!!!

Can you confirm the error code you are getting. The closest error I can find in technician service documents is 10.00.30 which is simply a warning that a used toner cartridge has been installed. This error is triggered if you move a cartridge from one printer to another one
