Product: Laserjet PRO MFP M177
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw screen is frozen on hp logo and energy star icon.  It has only printed the test page, and will not print otherwise.  I have tried unplugging for 60 seconds, and even uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the latest download - still no change.   None of the other icons outside the screen work either (home, help, etc.)  about all i can do is turn it off and on.  Also,  I obviously cannot make copies etc since I cannot access any of the functions.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer which are particular for your printer model. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
