Laser colour 150 nw

I recently purchased a HP laser colour 150 nw.

When trying to print on card (direct from my phone using the hp smart app) the printer is jamming.

Normal paper is fine.

Can anyone help as I wish to use the printer to make cards to foil onto the laser ink with.

Thanks.

@sar100

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that your printer support Plain, Light, Heavy, Extra Heavy, Coloured, Preprinted, Recycle, Labels, Bond, Glossy paper type.

Refer to the Paper handling spec to match your card type:

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Still having problems and using 220gsm card! Very frustrating as I purchased the printer for this purpose!

It is still not working - even with 120 gsm! I am so upset as this is why I ordered the printer.
