Printerhead issue on 6830

I have a an 6830 and looking through other forum post there seems to be a manufacture issue with the prink head and I was never notified about this. My printer is now out of warranty but if I would have known this was an issue when it was first brought up a couple years ago I would have taken action to get it fixed or replaced. I do not use my home printer very frequently and maybe that is why I am just now getting this printer head issue. I am PISSED that I am not getting this error for a known manufacture issue when I paid decent money for this product from what I thought was a reputable company but they can not even notify customers that they messed up and only replaced units that occurred this issue with in the first year of owning the product. I am not happy, and why can I not even have the opportunity to talk to a real person I hate this virtual assistant it is more useless that a VHS tape. And I just realized I may have posted this in the wrong subject type but I'm frustrated and there are to many ways to get lost trying to get help. geez I wonder why they do that.

You had bad luck with your printer, it broke like many others. Maybe if you have used it more often you won't be so sorry, next time look for a printer with longer warranty period minimum of 3 years.

VHS tape isn't useless, you can remove the magnetic tape unroll it and use that tape to scare birds if you have a garden.
