Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

 

Just purchased HP All-in-One PC 234-10034. Cannot get my printers to work. Both printers work fine with other two computers and Iphone! I have a wireless system.

Printers: Brother MFC - L2700 DW (black& white, plus scanner)

                 Brother HL - 3170 CDW (color)

I went through the printer setup, drivers, HP help and diagnosis, to no avail.

 

Can anyone help?

Since this is a new computer and the printers needs to be configured with the new computer, you need to contact the Printer Manufacturers since the issue is related to printer drivers
