I am unable to print envelopes (via mail merge)

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are trying to print envelopes. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Do you get any errors while trying to print?
  • Are you able to print other documents fine?

Make sure the envelopes are loaded correctly in the input tray.

Kindly refer to this document to know how to load envelopes.

 

To know how to print on envelopes from your MAC, refer to this document.

Check the print settings on the MAC, make sure the correct paper type and size are selected.
