iOS

iPad iOS 13.3 has 2 HP LaserJet printers in netwerk. After eliminating a paper-jam, printing became impossible from iPad. Wireless printingf from Mac Book Pro still works. All checks and lights show printers stay connectied to netwerk. what can I do?

If you have not done so, consider

  • Remove the HP Smart App from the iOS device
  • Shut off the device for a couple of seconds
  • Start the iPad
  • Go to the store > Download and reinstall the HP Smart App
  • Add the printer
