I have been having printing issues with black color as shown in this photo. It's almost like the black part was moved down.
I have tried to take out the black toner cartridge (HP brand) and clean the roller (it did look dirty) and then reprint it. I have also tried the cleaning function. Both had failed. It also only seems to happen on the right side lower half of the page.
I don't seem to have problem when I am just printing text.
Any idea how to fix this? thanks!

You change the paper type to cardstock on the driver when you print this job. You may need to also set that paper type on the printer. When set properly, it will print much slower to ensure proper bonding of toner to paper.

That's a really good question! yes I was printing on a cardstock! I just tried printing on paper and then cardstock and then paper again and only cardstock had this issue!
How do I set it to be cardstock and why does it make difference?
thanks!
