Printing light

Product: Laserjet M1005 mfp
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

Printer is printing light print on paper or master sheet

Hi @Harbansh,

 

Please try the following first:

 

1) Use genuine HP cartridges

2) Try and print lots of pages, so that printer can warm up and reduce the humidity in it.

3) Try using paper from a new sealed pack or from different box.

4) Try a known-good HP toner cartridge

 

Is the light print appears on the whole page or just in certain areas ?
