Hp color laserjet pro MFP M277dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to print on a laserjet photo paper glossy 200g/m2 but the sprinter doesnt take the paper.

I have printed with this paper for almost 2 years now and since one month it's impossible.

When i select the type of paper i choose the thick one as usual but it doesnt work anymore.

Could you please help me to print on this support again.

FYI : i can print on normal paper.

what exactly do you mean by it doesnt work anymore?  is it jamming?  not picking the paper? Make sure the pick up roller is cleaned and free of debris.  Make sure to set the type of paper it is in the paper handling menu within the control panel.

If it feeds plain paper fine but has problems with heavier or glossy media that typically indicates that your pickup rollers need cleaning or replacement.

Thanks a lot for your answers.

Where can I find the pickup rollers and how can I clean it ?

The exact problem is that i can print on normal paper but when i put the glossy photo one, it's started taking the paper but after few millimeters of paper taken, it gets stuck and I have to remove it from the paper input tray. Nothing is print on the paper, it's just stuck just at the begining of the printing. (I hope it's clear...)

Sorry for my late reply. I wasn't home for the holiday season.

Thanks for the link but it's still not working.

On the HP support document, they only show how to clean the paper pick roller from the top of the printer. Unfortunately, it's stuck on the bottom of the printer, in the main input tray.

I'm sorry to bother you with my problem but it's quite important for me to print on this type of paper and I've bought this printer only for that. For the price of the printer, I was expected to be easier.

Thanks in advance.

Use these instructions to rotate the roller and then clean it. If it is severely worn you may need to replace it.
