HP Recommended

Greeting guys! i have an issue with HP laser-jet colour m855 printer. it was recently brought in my workshop cause of 59.07.00.

I logged a case with HP and they advised and gave me a series of steps to follow, and after trying the steps which hp gave the issue still could not be resolved. so i opened the machine up and found a sensor which was not seated properly in its position. I put back in its placed then powered the printer up and the error disappeared. then i tried to print a demo page and print were just blue colour, at this point i thought the DC was faulty and so I replaced it with the new one and tried to print a demo page again, then print came out in black colour only.

HP recommended series of parts to be replaced but nothing changed and now the print can only print yellow.

i changed the scanners, dc, power supply both high and low voltage, changed toner, drums, ITB, transfer roller, updated the firmware and other parts still this issue hasn't been resolved.

if anyone has a solution please let know
