There is a 1" -1.5" wide area of the right-hand side of the page that is covered in faint blue spots. It's much more pronounced on pages with color other than black and is usually easier to spot in the bottom right hand corner. I've tried the built-in cleaning process, but that didn't address the problem.  Ink levels are all over 60%.

Is there a manual cleaning I need to perform periodically? Is the recommended process documented somewhere?

Is there another way to diagnose what might be going wrong?

Spots of a single color are most often caused by a bad cartridge. Can you post a sample? Pull out the cyan cartridge and examine closely for evidence of leaking toner.

It doesn't show up that great on a scan of a sample print, but you can see it blue in the actual paper. This spotting is now happening all up and down the right-hand side of the page.
