HP Recommended

Having problems printing on HP Laserjet p2050 series pcl6. When send job to print an error message appears on the printer display " jam in tray 2". There is no paper jammed, when I press the OK button on printer, the printing comes out

Check the pickup roller and clean or replace as required. The roller should have finger prints across the whole surface.  Does the printer function properly if you load paper in the MP tray?
