Hello all:

I had a major paper jam the required me to take out the fuser to remove the jam.  After reassembling the printer, the rear door will not close.  The left side of the door closes but the right side of the door does not.  It seems that there is a black piece of plastic about halfway down that is in the way, thus preventing the door to fully close.  I fully reversed all the steps of removing fuser and reassembling the printer but still the same problem.  I was very careful to not break or force anything with disassemble/reassemble of the printer, but am completely stumped with this problem.  any ideas?
