Hello,

 

My printer was working well... But recently it is not printing red..
I tried all the possible ways.. but still it is printing orange color instead of pure red.

When I print the "supply status report" all the colors are printing correctly

I understand that you are unable to print the red color.

 

Please perform the hard reset.

 

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on. 

 

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue. 

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. 

 

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. 

 

Wait at least 60 seconds. 

 

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. 

 

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer. 

 

Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. 

 

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed 

 

Print a cleaning page

The printing mechanism and printing path inside the printer might need to be cleaned to resolve issues like repeating dots, fuzzy print, or smeared toner.

  1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe left, and then touch Setup.

  2. Touch Service, and then touch Cleaning Page.

  3. Load plain, white paper when you are prompted.

  4. Touch OK to begin the cleaning process.

  5. Try to print again to see if the issue is resolved,

Please replace the magenta toner cartridge and check.
