Is this to address cartridges that will not work? If so you need to contact HP technical support to find out if it is possible and to get a special code from them. This is information that is not readily published.

Thank you, Kumar!

I reach the HP Support team line you give me in your mail but their expert says that isn't possible to reset region settings for this printer even if it seems working as we can see in the thread : https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/HP-M28W-error-11/td-p/7076067

Can you help me, please?

That's unfortunate. I suggest you upgrade the printer as there are no other options available. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Hi Kumar,

I'm not sure to understand. Do you mean I have to upgrade my printer's firmware or I have to upgrade for a new printer after having bought a new 48A cartridge (75$)? If that so, should I buy a new printer from another manufacturer to avoid such a problem?

Thank you,

ECM

Firmware update won't fix this issue. I understand your concern about the newly bought ink toner and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here:
