Repairatrooper (Professor) posted a reply to my email. I wish to thank him and send my reply. I don't know where I should post my reply to him. Below is my reply to him:-

"There were 3 jobs in the queue. Only cancel option and no delete option is available. Two of them were created by me and I cancelled these two. The 3rd is a system created file 874kb of one page, but the printer always prints out 7pages, and that is my problem.

Also 'access is denied' to cancel this."

You can try this to clear the print spooler queue
