Laserjet pro MFP M426fdw

M426fdw requires master reset; I have followed the instructions:  restart printer while holding lower right corner of the touch screen.  doesn't work.

I have tried call a couple of HP support numbers and it was simply a waste of time, and no support on Sat...

Any help is appreciated.

solved.   unplugged and powered on while holding to the right of the ?

Thank you! This finally worked.

I held down both the lower left and lower right corners of the touchscreen, with two fingers, as hard as I  could, while I powered it on.

I did try pressing to the right of the ? like you said. It didn't work, but I may have missed the sweet spot that time. Other places had said to hold down the bottom right corner of the touchscreen, instead of the left, and I'd tried that several times.

This LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw was driving me nuts because we'd lost the password and could not do a factory reset through the setup menu.

That worked, power off, unplug, power back on and press to the right of the ? Mark. Why don't they put this in the instructions.....?
