Reset printer M28W for new network connection

i am having to connect my M28W to my new wifi. I have try to press 20s to reset network but still unable to connect, I would like to know how to complete perform a factory reset so i can start over like newly bought. It was so easy for me to setup for the first time.

I understand you are trying to reset the printer to defaults to reconnect the printer to a new network.

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
