I changed all my tones cartridges today, and downloaded the latest version of the software. I have a constant error-message, saying "Sypply memory error". Have tried to power off for five minutes , removed the cartridges and restarted - to no avail.
I am puzzled by the cartridges were OEM and have good reputation. Are these actual HP cartridges or not? If not then the vendor has likely opted not to install compliant supply chips due to cost of said chips. If they are HP cartridges, contact HP tech support as all supplies have warranty till low is reached.
