Product: HP Laser Jet 400 Color MFP

I just changed the fuser kit on my printer and now everytime I print, the paper jams in the back where I changed the fuser kit. It is a duplex printer, however I tried to print single sided and it still jamed.  Any suggestions?

Most likely during the reassembly process you did not align a guide or possibly you missed a connection. Do you get an error code when the jam happens. Where exactly does the paper jam, exact location can be an important clue.
