I have been using the scan to email function for years and I have noticed it has stopped working this last week! very drustrating, checked all my outbound SMTP settings and all are correct, even setup a new email address to try that and just the same error message, wrong username or password. Any thoughts?
Have you confirmed with the company responsible for the SMTP server that they have not changed some requirements to meet enhanced security requirements?

But how did you change the setting to get the scan to email to work again with Gmail? I am having the same issue and looked at my settings, but I don't know what to change to get the scan to email function to work again. Please help!
