Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ISSUE1: Scanned Documents when Saved as PDF are so **bleep** bad even at max 300 Resolution. While if i save as JPG, the same scans come crystal clear.

ISSUE2: Scan to Network Folder doesnt work nomatter what troubleshooting I do. I see my folder name on Printer LCD when i Click it it scanns but "fails"everytime.

On the other hand,. Scan to Computer Works fine but unfortunately the Printer send Scanned file to app "Windows Fax and Scans" and not HP software due to which I cant save File as PDF and am forced to save JGP becuase Windows Fax and Scans doesnt save as PDF. uuhhhhh

Our normal suggestion in a case like this is to restore factory settings, update firmware, even if you currently have newest firmware, reapply it.

Your issue 2 is likely related to an SMB issue that will be addressed by the firmware update.
