Product: Color Laser Jet pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to reinstall/update software I am taken to the registration page. Why? when the printer is already registered. Consequently I am unable to complete the software installation.

What model printer are you using?

You may skip the registration. It is not required if the printer is already registered.
