Product: officejet 8600
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I have a 8600 printer and the ink cartridge is stuck on the far right. There is NO paper jammed. I have followed all online procedures for checking for stuck paper. I keep getting the message that there is a carrage jam.
