Hi. All of a sudden I am having problems printing emails from Outlook. If it is multiple pages I'd go onto print properties & change it to "2 pages per sheet" & double-sided. Now even when I have changed it, it is printing double sided, but still only 1 page per sheet??? Why?? Please help. I have tried it a few times & even when I then click preview, it keeps changing back to one page per sheet? I've shut down, restarted, plugged the printer into my HP laptop (rather than print wirelessly) & it makes no difference. Can anyone help please?

Hi @NixJ ,
Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

I understand you are in need of support,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned below:
Root Level – printer driver reinstallation:
I recommend you delete the driver and root level and retry, follow the steps below:
In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Once it is done, Follow this link and install the full feature driver software. :)
