Hi! I need to do a factory reset on my HP LaserJet Pro M102W

 

I setup an admin password that might be too long (?) and even I'm 10000% sure it is correct I cannot login into the system tab.

Thanks Asmitat, it did solve the issue.

 

BTW you might want to open a ticket to check there is no "long password" bug (autogenerated, 32 characters including numbers and special symbols).

I did set up a simpler password (8 characters length, including letters and numbers only) and it just works fine.

 

So yeah, I think you might have a bug in the printer webserver.
