The reset instructions are specific to the printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device, this is why we don't post them in public 🙂

Then put them in a table with the compatible model number...
Doing it via the forum you're still relying on the user to provide you with the correct model number!
Here's an idea, write better firmware!
Please feed this back to your senior team - I was so appalled by the software quality I returned my printer. No plan to buy anything HP again in the near future, nor recommend it to anyone.
