Wow. Bought printer last month new from Staples and my support case was closed because their system shows warranty expired 3 years ago. For a model that hasn’t even been out for three years lol?
Plus I had to argue that the model I own doesn’t even have the ability to copy/scan.
The whole exchange was such a waste of time and then they took it private only to waste more time in private.
So because they closed it without helping at all and just fabricated new nonexistent issues, I’ll keep posting.
