Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M2811fdwExample: Pavilion 65XX

The laserjet Pro MFP M28111fdw is not working. The touchscreen isn't working either and I cant connect the printer in my notebook.

I need a physical technical support store or a technician to come over and check what is happening.
