The display on my printer is flashing "counterfeit cartridge" and is not allowing me to select "Ok" on the touchscreen.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Is this an HP cartridge or third party? If OEM contact Technical support for cartridge warranty, assuming cartridge is not empty. If 3rd party, contact vendor.
