Hello! My printer stopped printing documents from Office 2019. From any other programs, printing is normal, including Office 365. I tried using two devices from a PC and a laptop. The print queue is filled, but then the document disappears, as if printed. Help me please. All programs are licensed. Drivers from the official site.

I solved this problem.
Created a new user of Windows and it all worked. Now it works under the new user, and the old one is blocked.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Doing a clean uninstallation of a pre-installed driver and installing an updated HP Full-featured driver may resolve this issue, let us try these steps:

Step 1: Clean uninstallation of HP drivers

  1.  In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
  2.  Select your HP Printer
  3.  Select Uninstall
  4.  In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
  5.  In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
  6.  Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
  7.  Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
  8.  Click on the “Drivers” tab
  9.  Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
  10.  Select Ok
  11.  Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
  12.  Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.

Step 2: Click here to download HP Full-featured drivers

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation

Let me know how this goes.

This seems to be an application specific issue, let us try to update windows and repair Office 2019.

Step 1: check for windows update

Open Start Menu and click on Settings > Update & Security settings > Windows Update.

Here, press on the Check for updates button.

Step 2: Click here to know how to repair/reinstall an Office application.

Let me know how this goes.
