Tray stuck on A4

LaserJet4200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer all of the sudden switched to A4 for Tray3  in the paper handling menu of the device itself. This is causing all sorts unnecessary work to get things to print. There is no combo box control for me to switch back to Letter. What am I missing?

Tray2 also isnt changable, but at least it is on the right size....for now.

Tray stuck on A4

Trays on this product are controlled automatically by switches in the tray cavity and acutators on the tray it self. At the age of the 4200 it would not surprise me if the switches on the circuit board in the printer may be failing. However we have also had problems in the past when the Standard/custom lever on the tray was in the wrong position or the actutator arms are not moving when the tray size slides are adjusted.
