Have been unsuccessful in connecting my wireless printer to the Network.  I believe that it is because on the printer it shows that the IP address not connected and the Network Name Not available.  How do I ensure that information is entered?

Hi,

From the printer screen, tap your finger from top to the bottom of the screen and then tap the WiFi icon to enter the Wireless menu of the printer.

Tap the gear icon and select Restore Network Settings, then confirm any prompt.

Access the Wireless menu again and then tap Wireless Setup Wizard, follow the steps on screen to select your network and provide its password.

Once done the blue wireless light should solid lit, the IP Address of the printer should be listed within the Wireless menu.
