Hi there,
Having issues printing only from my laptop. Otherwise can print from my phone, my wife's laptop, and even remotely through my hpeprint.com email.
I have tried reinstalling software and the drivers and have been following the instructions on the forums with no luck.
Please help. Thanks!

Hi there.
Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I actually fixed it myself by setting a TCP/IP port. the WSD port was faulty. the scan doctor and other stuff didn't work previously.
Thanks for replying though.

Hi @BoonHuiKua
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Can't print from computer" issue.
Do you get any error message when you try and print?
While you respond to that, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor specifically created to help with printer offline conditions.
-
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
-
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
-
If your printer in not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry.
-
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
-
If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
-
If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
-
Try to print. If the printer remains offline
If the issue persists, Try the step2-6 in the document to resolve the issue -Printer is Offline (Windows)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
