Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to update the firmware on some printers, but when I run the Firmware Update Tool from my computer (I have a network shared printer mapped) I don't see my printer on the available ones.

 

If I try to go to the server from where I'm sharing the printer, and run the tool from there I got this error "Can't find any printers to update EnumPrinters said: The data area passed t o a system call is too small. EnumPrinters needs 35752 bytes and we sent 16384" and I don't see my printer (or any other printer) on the list.
