Hello again. Another issue. I'm not able to physically remove the Magenta cartridge. It seems to be hung up. Only can extract about 1 inch from where seated in the machine. Afraid I'm going to break the tab pulling any harder. I will be in a real bind then.

That' s a good idea - unfortunately, the line just rings out then hangs up on me after robo attendant says that the call cannot be completed at this time.. 3 call attempts. Another number you might have David? Thank you.

So I've gotten through to HP (I think). The number passed to me in the solution. They told me that they would send a tech once I went to a local store, bought a 25 google play card and then return their call to another number than what I originally called.. They said they need $25 to register my problem then they would send a tech to fix the non-removeable cartridge?? Sounds sketchy to say the least. Any ideas on this?
