Help! I have been trying to find a way to factory reset this HP LaserJet MFP M130fw without the need for a password. So far everything I have found tells me to go to the service icon on the printer but it is password protected. Unfortunately no one in my department knows the password to this printer hence why I am trying to reset it.
Is there is a way to retrieve or reset the password without doing a factory reset? If not then how do I go about resetting the whole printer while locked out of the service panel.
