Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I installed new cartridge, the printer accepted all the colors except the yellow one. It keep saying the the color has been used.it's a new one. I tried installing the old one it didn't work eaiter. The priner keep on printing colorful pages from HP but it can't print what I need. it's printing yellow colors but only the hp messeges. 

 

What should I do ?

Are these OEM HP toners or third party? If HP, contact HP as there is a warranty on toners, the problem will be related to the chip that is used on the cartridge. If third party, contact your vendor.
