Product: M577 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer shows very low cartridge with known good cartridge only with Cyan using HP cartridges.   Problem persists even with a different cartridge.

Can you print the supplies status page with the new good working C cartridge and take a picture of printers screen with the message and post here?
