Hello,
What is the exact model of your printer (e.g. CB747A)?
To locate this Product Number P/N: this document.
I ask this because the following three printer models do not support wireless technology (Wi-Fi), they only support connection using the USB cable:
- HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28a Printer.
- HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29a Printer.
- HP LaserJet Pro MFP M30a Printer.
