There is no default password on this device, if there is a password set it was set by someone. If you have forgotten the passwrod then you need to either perform a factory reset, which is done through the control panel, or you need to perform an NVRAM reset which will clear all settings on the unit. If you check YouTube there a videos that demonstrate how to perform the NVRAM reset.
