Product: HP Envy 5000

Simply doesn’t print  I went through all the steps to fix it that show on the printer screen and the last step ultimately said “contact support .”  How? Nothing (no link) gives me an answer that helps.

Also I bough the extended warranty, but when I try to verify it, it can’t be found!  I really need help.
